These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZingShot app and services (“Services”), operated by Viraat Engineering (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and, in particular, to become a creator and receive payouts. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms.
“User Content” means anything you upload or post (videos, audio, captions, comments, images, tags).
You agree not to upload, post, or share content, or engage in conduct, that:
We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion to enforce these rules.
We respect intellectual property. Uploaded videos may be automatically scanned for copyrighted music; content detected as infringing may be blocked or removed. If you believe content infringes your rights, send a notice to our Grievance Officer (below) with: identification of the work, the infringing material/URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
The Services are supported by advertising (including Google AdMob). You agree that we may display ads in and around content, including in the video feed. You must not interfere with, obscure, or generate invalid interactions with ads.
The App, its software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by Viraat Engineering or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirement, or risk to the Services or users. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., content licence for already-distributed copies, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that content is accurate or reliable. User Content reflects the views of its authors, not us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viraat Engineering and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or earnings, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viraat Engineering from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the courts at [your city], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by us, seated in India, conducted in English. The award shall be final and binding.

Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and ordinarily resolved within 15 days.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other reasonable means and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
