These Creator Rules & Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to every person or entity that uploads content to ZingShot as a creator. They are part of, and must be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using the ZingShot Creator Studio, you agree to follow these Guidelines.
1. Who Can Be a Creator
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country); creators under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission.
- You must provide accurate account information and complete KYC verification before withdrawing earnings.
- One creator account per person. Multiple accounts created to evade bans or manipulate metrics are not allowed.
2. Content You Upload
2.1 Ownership & rights
- Only upload content you created or have full rights/licenses to use, including music, clips, images, and likenesses of other people.
- Do not upload content copied from other creators or platforms without permission or transformation.
- By uploading, you grant ZingShot a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, reproduce, and promote your content on the App and in marketing.
2.2 Prohibited content
- Nudity, sexually explicit material, or content sexualizing minors (zero tolerance — instant ban & report to authorities).
- Violence, gore, self-harm, suicide promotion, or dangerous challenges/stunts that risk injury.
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or content targeting individuals/groups based on caste, religion, gender, race, or nationality.
- Misinformation, deepfakes, or manipulated media presented as real.
- Spam, scams, fraudulent schemes, or misleading financial/health claims.
- Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal activities.
- Copyrighted music, movie clips, or TV content without a valid license.
3. Community Behaviour
- Engage respectfully in comments and messages — no harassment, threats, or doxxing.
- Do not use bots, click-farms, or engagement schemes to inflate views, likes, or followers.
- Do not impersonate other creators, celebrities, or brands.
4. Monetization & Earnings

5. Enforcement
- Warnings: Minor or first-time violations may result in a content takedown and warning.
- Strikes: Repeated or serious violations result in account strikes, reduced reach, or temporary suspension of uploads/monetization.
- Termination: Severe violations (e.g., child safety, illegal content) result in immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
